For some reason I clicked something and it said exciting diagnositic system. then it asked me to re-register the device when I did, now I have a new serial number and password. It says this device not valid. I have no clue what I did. But every time I try to update it says this product has not been registered. What do I do? The serial number and password that are on the tablet now are not what is inside the account at pro.autel.com What do I do? How do I make them the same? -

Hi, am not able to register my product maxisys elite serial number: V09R50105422. Every time I try to register, I get a message that "the product does not exist and I should check the information I have entered" but have put accurate information but it still gave me the same message. Please kindly try to resolve this problem asap. Thank you. -

You have to register in the autel software to get your password not the android
setting.I had the same problem.
